There are many routes to get to Brighton Marina. Here are some of the routes.

Route 1

From London Road (A23) continue onto Preston Circus then turn left onto Viaduct Road , follow the road downhill and then Uphill to Elm Grove. Continue past the Racecourse then turn right at the next set of traffic lights. Follow the road straight down to the sea.
Route 2

From London Road (A23) turn left onto Preston Drove then turn right up to Five Ways, continue straight across the roundabout and follow the road to Lewes Road . When you reach Sainsburys supermarket continue straight up Bear Road . At the top of Bear Road turn left and at the next traffic lights turn right . Follow the road straight down to the sea.
Route 3

From the A270 (Bevendean) pass the University (Moulescoomb) and at the retail park on your right, turn left at the traffic lights onto Coombe Road. Drive uphill and take the first road on your right. Take the first left and you will find yourself on Bear Road. At the top of Bear Road, turn left and at the next set of traffic lights turn right and follow the road straight down to the sea.
Route 4

From the town centre (A23) turn right onto Edward Street, continue uphill (Eastern Road) until you see the Lidl supermarket on your left. At Lidl turn left, when you reach the mini-roundabout turn right and at the next set of traffic lights turn right and follow the road to the Marina.
Route 5

From the Old Shoreham Road take Viaduct Road at Preston Circus, which leads straight onto Upper Lewes Road. Follow Upper Lewes Road then turn right onto Bear Road. At the top of Bear Road turn left. At the next traffic lights turn right and then follow road straight down to sea.
Route 6

Heading along the Seafront A259. Follow signs to Brighton and then to the Marina. This route tends to be very busy on the weekends, so following the alternative routes will help.
Route 7

From the A23 you will head onto Preston Circus. At the Fire Station turn left onto Viaduct road. Follow road down to the seafront. At Brighton Pier turn left then follow signed routes to Marina.
Route 8

From the A27 take the B2123 (Falmer road). When you reach the seafront take the A259 towards Brighton and follow directions to the Marina.
